booking a treatment

You can book an appointment through my Booksy platform. This requires you to download and set up an accont, but don’t worry you only need to do this once.

When booking a treatment, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the time slot. The difference will be paid once the treatment is finished.

Preparing for a treatment

Arrive on Time – Please plan your journey to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.

Hydrate – Drink plenty of water before your treatment to help your body flush out toxins and maximize the benefits of the massage.

Avoid Heavy Meals – Try not to eat a heavy meal at least one hour before your session to ensure comfort during the treatment.

Shower & Maintain Hygiene – For your comfort and hygiene, we recommend showering before your appointment, especially if coming from work or exercise.

Wear Comfortable Clothing – Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended for easy undressing and dressing after the session.

Communicate Any Health Concerns – Inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before the session to ensure a safe and customised treatment

Limit Caffeine & Alcohol – Avoid excessive caffeine or alcohol before your appointment, as they can affect relaxation and hydration.

Turn Off Your Phone – To maintain a peaceful environment, please silence or turn off your phone before entering the treatment room.

Use the Restroom Beforehand – To fully enjoy your session without interruptions, we recommend using the restroom before your appointment.

Relax & Enjoy – Take deep breaths, let go of any tension, and allow yourself to fully relax for the best massage experience.

REschedule booking

You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment. You can do so through Booksy app.

Any requests to CANCEL / RESCHEDULE a treatment less than 24 hours before the appointment will lead to the deposit being lost.

Due to many late reschedule requests & NO SHOWs this rule has been enforced and any deposit lost is not refunded.

Getting here

The salon is on 2-3 Coleridge Gardens, NW6 3QA, you should have received this via the treatment confirmation email.

Please plan your journey, whether by public transportation or driving, to ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment. The closest underground stations are Swiss Cottage (take EXIT 5 ) & Finchley Road.

For clients arriving by car, paid parking options are available in the vicinity of the salon.

Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. There is a reception area and toilets on site you can make use of.

arriving late

For up to 10 minutes late arrival, the treatment will be cut short to accommodate the rest of the appointments.

Arriving 15 minutes late will lead to the treatment being cancelled and the deposit lost.

personal items

Any personal belongings forgotten in the salon are the owner’s responsibility. Due to the high number of clients, I cannot guarantee the safekeeping of forgotten items, but don’t hesitate to get in touch if this happens.

Treatment Package

I offer value packages for different treatments. Feel free to ask for any running offers next time you’re around.

Any purchased packages are to be paid upfront and have 6 months from the date of purchase to be completed.

Gift vouchers

Can be purchased online through the website or in store. They are valid for 3 months and are non transferable and can’t be traded in

refunds

For any complaints with the service offered, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Any treatment cancelled 24 hours before taking place, will be fully refunded by Booksy within 3-5 working days.

In case of an emergency or booking error on my side, you will be fully refunded and I will do my best to prioritise your booking.
